About the ORZ- serial sorbents
ORZ- serial products are oil-removal agents developed by Beijing Cycle Columbus Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The sorbents are widely used in cobalt-nickel or rare earth processing industry to realize deep removal of oil in the raffinate from extraction system with organic phosphoric acid (e.g. P204 or P507) participated.

Application Area
The ORZ- serial sorbent can be competent in treatment of oily solution with oil concentration of 1~1000 mg/L, while the removal performance is independent from the status of oil in the solution (suspended, emulsified, dispersed, or dissolved oil).

Industrial Project:
The oil- removal technology has been implemented in several projects for Quzhou Huayou Cobalt-based New Materials Co., Ltd., (a) oil- removal from 2600 t/d raffinate, (b) oil- removal from 400 t/d strip liquor (on line of cobalt sulfate production), and (c) oil- removal from 400 t/d strip liquor (on line of manganese sulfate production).
